Brewfist-Flying Monkeys Italian-Canadian Collaboration

Created last spring when Peter/Pedro/Pietro travelled to Italy. With a rich orange colour, classic Saison haze, and off-white head, the Basilisk arises with basil aromas, fruity esters, and floral notes over a soft sweet body finishing with light pepper and refreshing earthy notes.

’Paradise Saison’ brewed with grains of paradise, (Melegueta pepper), basil, rosemary and oranges. Hopped with Styrian Golding, Cascade and Magnum.
